The 5th annual California Conference for Women will offer connection, motivation, inspiration and skill building to more than 5,000 women this February in a new location: The San Jose McEnery Convention Center. Keynote speakers include Jane Fonda, Simone Biles, Padma Lakshmi and Brittney Griner. Breakout panels feature well-known business experts in leadership, mental wellness, and workplace culture.

The conference is for women of all ages and stages looking to grow their skill set: working moms, stay-at-home moms, women at the start of their career and those who are decades into their journey.

The Conference is a nonpartisan, nonprofit event dedicated to advancing women in the workplace and beyond. Women-owned and led, it is part of the Conferences for Women, the nation’s largest network of professional women’s conferences.

This year’s theme is “Power in Unity.”
