This is a Virtual 6-week mindfulness psychoeducation group for expecting & new mamas with babies under 2. Learn how to mindfully cultivate calmness & connection as a collective with other mamas entering motherhood. In this group, you will receive a PDF workbook and work on different components of mindfulness weekly. Weekly mindfulness topics include:
WEEK 1: MINDFULNESS FOUNDATIONS
Learn the basics of Mindfulness and practical ways to begin or enhance your mindfulness practice. motherhood.
WEEK 2: MINDFULLY THINK
Mindfulness techniques to reduce negative thoughts. Turn down the volume of the inner critic and turn up the volume for self-compassion.
WEEK 3: MINDFULLY FEEL
Mindfulness techniques to meaningfully explore and express your emotions.
WEEK 4: MINDFULLY MOVE
Mindfulness techniques for movement and ideas for increasing body awareness.
WEEK 5: MINDFULLY CONNECT
Mindfulness techniques for connecting with self, baby, children, family, friends, partner & the community.
WEEK 6: MINDFULLY GROW
Mindfulness techniques for cultivating gratitude and making a sustainable plan for continuous growth in your mindful motherhood journey.
