I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for the long weekend! This time of year seems to always come with a bunch of commitments, and it’s going to be nice to have an extra day to squeeze in all the fun.

We’ve got a big trip with the kids to Portugal coming up this summer, and I’m going back and forth on what gear we’ll need for it. A double stroller will be cumbersome and, at 3.5 and 5 years old, they will be capable of doing some walking. Maybe this contraption is a solution?
I don’t love to bake, but I’ll do anything to try to get more veggies into my picky eater. He *almost* tasted one of these. (My daughter loved them.)
